Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of incident management or related IT leadership experience.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and incident governance practices.
• Experience with incident management tools and ITSM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to brief senior leaders.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex incidents and drive consensus.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate war rooms and coordinate major incident bridges.
• Enforce cadence, runbooks, and action tracking until closure.
• Collaborate across infra, app, identity, cloud, and network teams.
• Produce leadership updates translating technical risk into business terms.
• Coordinate with Problem, Change, Release, and SOC/Cyber IR teams.
• Run tabletop exercises and maintain on-call readiness.
• Mentor coordinators and junior staff.
