Job summary

Marvin in Warroad, MN is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to lead analysis, design and implementation of incentive programs that attract and retain key talent. You will partner with finance and HR to model base pay, merit, equity and incentives, and manage cycles from planning to communications and post‑cycle review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong data analytics, HR software, Excel and Power BI capabilities.
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Act as SME on special projects related to incentive planning.
• Manage incentive planning cycles from start to finish, including modeling, calculations, and communications.
• Develop and deliver communications and training related to incentive programs and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track hires, promotions, transfers, location, and job scope changes for incentive calculations.
• Perform audits and analyses to determine market competitiveness and compliance.
• Keep Summary Plan Descriptions updated and distributed.
