Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to actively manage incentive compensation programs, modeling and planning cycles, and communications with employees and managers. The role supports compliance, governance, and cost modeling with tools like Excel and Power BI.

You will collaborate with leadership to ensure accurate incentive plan calculations during hires, promotions, transfers, and role changes, while driving efficiency and a strong employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance or related field.
• 5+ years in compensation analysis or administration.
• Strong data analytics and Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Act as SME on special projects related to incentive planning.
• Manage incentive planning cycles from start to finish including modeling, calculations, letters, projections, communications, and post-cycle analysis.
• Develop and deliver communications and training related to incentive programs, policies and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track hires, promotions, transfers, location and job scope changes for accurate calculations.
• Perform audits, research, and analyses to determine market competitiveness and compliance.
• Keep Summary Plan Descriptions updated and distributed to plan participants.
• Develop, maintain, and provide cost modeling estimates and reporting to Finance.
• Support compensation-related projects and reports as needed.
