Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to manage and support incentive compensation programs, including modeling, calculations, and communications across the organization.

The role partners with leadership to drive governance, compliance, and analytics, leveraging Excel and Power BI. A bachelor’s degree in HR/Finance and 5+ years in compensation is required in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on incentive planning projects.
• Manage incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish, including modeling, planning, calculations, award letters, accounting projections, communications, and post-cycle analysis.
• Develop and deliver communications and training related to incentive programs, policies, and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
