Marvin is seeking a hands-on Senior Incentive Analyst to manage and support incentive compensation needs. The role focuses on analysis, creation, and implementation of programs to attract and retain key talent.

You will handle planning cycles end-to-end, model costs, and communicate outcomes across the organization at Marvin. This position emphasizes compliance, governance, and ongoing optimization of incentive programs with strong data analytics and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing, designing or administering compensation programs.
• Strong data analytics and proficiency with Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Model, plan, calculate, and communicate incentive plans and rewards.
• Develop communications and training on incentive polices and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track hires, promotions, and changes to ensure accurate incentive calculations.
• Perform audits and analyses to ensure market competitiveness and compliance.
