Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs.
• Strong data analytics and Excel/Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incentive compensation programs from design to execution.
• Serve as SME on incentive planning projects.
• Develop and deliver communications and training on incentive policies and processes.
• Plan cycles: modeling, calculations, communications, and post-cycle analysis.
• Improve processes for efficiency and user experience.
