Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to own the design, analysis, and execution of incentive compensation programs that attract and retain talent. The role focuses on modeling, planning, calculations, and communicating outcomes to leaders, with opportunities to improve processes and training.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate incentive calculations amid a dynamic environment and support strategic compensation initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive programs.
• Modeling, planning, calculations, and post‑cycle analysis of incentive plans.
• Develop communications and training related to incentive policies and processes.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track hires, promotions, and changes for accurate calculations.
