Qualifications

• 3–5 years of call center experience required.
• Strong active listening skills, empathy, and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, navigate multiple systems, and problem-solve efficiently.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual with strong time management skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in computers and strong typing skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness in handling customer information.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional customer support through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with insurance claims, policy information, and account inquiries.
• Explain and resolve complex issues while maintaining quality service standards.
• Manage 35-50 calls per day in a fast-paced, inbound service environment.
• Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Cross-train in additional product lines after completing primary training.
