Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and assist clients.
• Respond to emails and provide first-level support via telephone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-installation, non-technical billing related issues.
• Escalate calls when appropriate and write concise service tickets.
• Follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution and provide product/service knowledge.
• Assist with customer questions and concerns and deliver excellent daily service.
