Qualifications

• Recent and relevant customer service experience in the last 2 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license.
• Available for a 40-hour workweek; schedule includes weekdays and weekends as posted.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, questions, and provide information and resolution for customers and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous inquiries as assigned.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone to assist branch and rental needs.
• Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner and provide directions and general assistance.
• Assess rental conditions upon return and process returns, check‑ins, and exit transactions.
• Market the company while coordinating pickup/drop-off of customers in a safe, courteous manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and available add-ons; upsell where appropriate.
• Notify management of known vehicle problems and required maintenance; assist with range of administrative tasks.
