Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands and is hiring now for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr).

The CAR Sr will deliver a high level of service to internal and external customers through face-to-face interaction and by phone, with training to handle rental back-up, service, and administrative support in home city branches or airport locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service/retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations/at-fault accidents.

Responsabilités

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, information and issue resolution.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous tasks.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Assist with directions and general assistance.
• Assess rental condition upon return and process related transactions.
• Market the company and assist customers with services and add-ons.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features to customers.
