Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a Sr Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to lead integrated master schedules for complex DoD programs. You will apply advanced scheduling techniques (PERT, IMS), perform risk analysis, and mentor junior schedulers while partnering with multi-functional teams.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6+ years of scheduling experience, proficiency with Microsoft Project, and the ability to obtain a Secret U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree targeting Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling; 10 years if no degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and DoD scheduling standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated master plans and schedules for complex programs.
• Oversee tracking and maintenance of schedules across the enterprise.
• Conduct advanced risk analysis to mitigate schedule risks.
• Identify and resolve critical path and logic conflicts with scheduling methods.
• Prepare reports and present status to senior leadership and customers.
• Mentor junior and intermediate schedulers; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support program management with best practices and continuous improvement.
