Job summary

FactSet's Implementations team is seeking a Principal Implementation Specialist to lead client deployments across the Analytics suite, PA, SPAR, and related tools. You will partner with regional managers to ensure scalable, repeatable implementations and strong customer outcomes.

In this hybrid, US-based role, you will guide project scope, provide technical guidance, train users, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to continuously improve deployment processes and product usability.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with implementing analytics products and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates. Collaborate on building project plans
• Providing product (functional and technical) guidance on the solutioning of processes based on customer needs
• Create user workflow specifications and establish priority and direction to technical integration staff on client requirements
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to create a better user experience and further enable sales opportunities
• Effectively communicate with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry
• Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunity during the implementation process
• Share emerging trends, what is working well, and areas for improvement
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet’s products
• Provide user training and support the development of training programs
• Facilitate transition from implementation phase to support
