Job summary

Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr Program Manager, Implementation to lead complex onboarding programs for our digital banking solutions. You will coordinate delivery across multiple teams, manage dependencies, and drive successful customer outcomes.

The role requires advanced project management skills, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset to scale delivery and improve operational efficiency in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience managing implementation programs or customer onboarding initiatives
• Strong project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to independently manage complex implementation engagements and competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing experience
• Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration across operational, technical, and customer teams
• Ability to analyze implementation risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Experience using project management and ticketing platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Strong organizational, analytical, and customer relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation programs by developing comprehensive project schedules and milestones
• Serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned customers
• Coordinate activities across Delivery, Technical Services, Product, and Customer Success
• Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies for delivery outcomes
• Facilitate customer-facing implementation meetings and document action items
• Manage Jira tickets, tasks, and workflows to maintain project health
• Support onboarding readiness and planning with validation of requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle
• Adapt delivery approaches for different customer environments
• Build strong customer relationships and act as trusted advisor
• Drive execution by coordinating resources and escalating critical issues
• Identify process improvements for repeatable delivery
• Collaborate with leadership to provide visibility on risks and health
• Support junior PMs with guidance and best practices
• Manage multiple programs across varying complexities
