Job summary

Alkami is a remote-first platform provider for U.S. banks and credit unions, seeking an experienced Implementation Program Manager to lead multi-customer onboarding programs.

You will develop schedules, manage risks, and coordinate across Delivery, Technical Services, Product, and Customer Success to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring of junior team members, with a focus on delivering scalable

Qualifications

• Advanced experience leading implementation programs or customer onboarding initiatives
• Strong project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to independently manage complex implementation engagements and competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing experience
• Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration across operational, technical, and customer teams
• Ability to analyze implementation risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Experience using project management and ticketing platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Strong organizational, analytical, and customer relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation programs by developing project schedules, milestones, and coordinating cross-functional delivery activities
• Serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned customers ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate activities across Delivery, Technical Services, Product, Customer Success, and external stakeholders
• Analyze implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies to support delivery outcomes
• Facilitate customer-facing implementation meetings and ensure follow-through on actions
• Manage Jira tickets, tasks, and workflows with visibility into project health and dependencies
• Support onboarding readiness and implementation planning by validating requirements and resource alignment
• Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle
• Apply advanced delivery methodologies to address diverse environments and constraints
• Build customer relationships as a trusted advisor and guide decision-making
• Drive execution by coordinating resources and escalating critical issues
• Identify process improvements to boost predictability and efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to communicate project health and risks
• Mentor junior project/implementation staff
• Manage multiple programs with varying complexity across portfolios
