Job summary

Alkami is a remote-first platform provider for U.S. banks and credit unions, enabling onboarding, digital banking, and data-driven marketing.

The Sr Implementation Engineer will lead complex client implementations, resolve advanced technical issues, and drive successful delivery of Alkami Digital Banking and third-party integrations. You will mentor peers and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software implementations or complex client onboarding in SaaS/fintech environments.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across integrations and platform functionality.
• Ability to manage complex technical implementation projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects, configuring and validating Alkami Digital Banking products and third-party integrations.
• Analyze advanced technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and adapt approaches to client needs.
• Serve as the primary technical resource, providing guidance and leadership through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, vendors, and stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Design and execute validation activities, develop testing strategies, and ensure smooth production deployment.
