Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management role.
• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions in fintech/banking.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through launch, delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners.
• Translate technical requirements into clear guidance for diverse audiences.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks and escalate when needed.
• Ensure smooth transition to post-launch support and long-term account ownership.
• Continuously improve implementation processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
