Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr Implementation Engineer to lead complex client implementations of Alkami Digital Banking and third‑party integrations.

You will work with project managers, engineering, and customer stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements. The role requires strong programming and database skills, adeptness at solving advanced implementation challenges, and the ability to mentor less experienced team members

Qualifications

• Advanced experience configuring and implementing SaaS platforms or digital banking solutions.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres).
• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills across integrations, configurations, and platform functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects by configuring, customizing, and validating Alkami Digital Banking products and third‑party integrations across diverse client environments.
• Analyze and resolve advanced technical implementation issues by performing root‑cause analysis and adapting approaches.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned engagements with guidance to others and project lifecycle leadership.
• Design and execute implementation validation activities to ensure platform functionality prior to production deployment.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation documentation and runbooks for operational continuity.
