We seek a seasoned professional to lead strategic commercial banking implementations, advise executives, and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regulatory considerations, and customer success across deployments.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in commercial banking operations, treasury management services, and business banking implementation practices.
• Strong ability to analyze complex customer operational models and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience leading strategic customer engagements involving executive stakeholders and enterprise implementations.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic commercial banking implementation engagements advising stakeholders on design and best practices.
• Serve as senior SME for Alkami commercial banking functionality, including ACH, Wires, Admin, Reports, and more.
• Translate business banking requirements into actionable technical and operational recommendations with cross-functional teams.
• Drive testing, onsite readiness, and ensure smooth production deployments.
