Job summary

ReadMe is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal. You’ll be the technical and strategic contact, guiding implementations and optimizing customer success in a hybrid/remote US setting.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex issues, debug client integrations, and drive adoption using AI-assisted workflows. Strong OpenAPI, JS/CSS debugging, and CLI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across departments and customers.
• Ability to read OpenAPI specs and debug client code.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of enterprise accounts end to end, including onboarding and renewal.
• Lead customer calls and kickoff sessions; provide technical guidance.
• Serve as product SME and answer questions in real time; debug with customers.
