Engine seeks a senior Implementation Manager to craft and drive end-to-end onboarding strategies, partnering with Sales and Account Management to ensure a seamless transition from contract to first booking.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation, customer success, account management, or technical program management in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ownership of customer onboarding end to end, translating requirements into rollout plans.
• Comfortable as the senior customer-facing voice and leading high customer-engagement cadence.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute the implementation strategy for Engine's most important new customer opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management for a seamless experience from contract to first booking.
• Lead a team of Implementation Managers through live deployments and build processes that scale.
