Job summary

Brightflag, the AI-powered legal spend platform, seeks a Lead Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end implementations for top enterprise clients. You will configure the platform, drive data migration, and guide customers through organizational changes with a clear implementation plan.

You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver more than go-live, fostering long-term customer health and satisfaction on a remote, US-wide team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies including SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.
• Excellent project management skills across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Highly organized with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Curiosity and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers on time and to spec.
• Act as trusted advisor to legal operations leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple implementations, managing priorities, risks, and escalations.
• Translate customer needs into a clear, sequenced implementation plan.
• Configure platform to meet enterprise scale including workflows and reporting.
• Own data migration strategy for large datasets with internal coordination.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on requests and integrations.
• Define success with Customer Success Manager and establish long-term health.
• Ensure customer outcomes and growth through thoughtful delivery.
