Job summary

Early Warning is seeking an accomplished Implementation Delivery lead in the U.S. This client‑facing role drives adoption of EWS products, provides technical and functional support to clients, and assists with onboarding into the EWS ecosystem.

The position collaborates across product, engineering, design, and operations to ensure successful integrations. The role requires 8+ years in integrations or product implementation, strong payments knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in integrations, product implementation, or related roles.
• Strong experience with web browser and mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android) and in-app user flows.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, or cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of digital checkout, payments, or e-commerce experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving user experience and performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation delivery across teams and ensure timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or high-priority implementations and SME for mobile checkout.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.
• Create repeatable processes and scalable playbooks for future integrations.
