Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer to bridge sales and technical delivery for U.S. payments solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of payment ecosystems, compliance standards, and the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients and internal teams. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to design integrated payment workflows, present technical demonstrations, and develop documentation for client use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in solutions/sales engineering or technical consulting in U.S. payments/fintech.
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and ecommerce integrations.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, AML, KYC and other compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to identify opportunities and win business in U.S. payments.
• Design tailored payment solutions for clients and integrate with ecommerce platforms.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Create solution documentation, guides and proposals for client use cases.
• Coordinate with Product to align sales objectives and market trends.
