Job summary

Early Warning Services is seeking a results-driven Implementation Delivery lead to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations. This client-facing role provides technical and functional product support to external clients and helps with onboarding into the EWS ecosystem.

You will manage and guide the implementation team, enforce QA, drive timelines, and act as SME on mobile checkout and app-based integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in integrations, product implementation, or related roles.
• Experience with web and mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android) and in-app user flows.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, or cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of digital checkout, payments, or e-commerce experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on UX and performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation delivery across teams and consultants.
• Enforce standards, QA, and delivery expectations.
• Review implementation work for quality and consistency.
• Drive accountability across timelines and outcomes.
• Identify and address implementation friction points.
• Lead technical and UX design reviews with clients.
• Provide SME escalation for complex implementations.
• Mentor teams on procedures and controls.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations.
• Create scalable playbooks and standards.
