Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is looking for a senior Implementation Delivery professional to drive client onboarding and product adoption across merchant integrations. The role involves coordinating an implementation team, ensuring quality, and guiding best practices in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.

You will act as the SME for mobile checkout implementations, advise external partners on integration approaches, and mentor team members on procedures and controls,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in integrations, product implementation, or related roles.
• Experience with web browser and mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android).
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Background and drug screen completed as part of process.

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementation Delivery: guide the implementation team and ensure quality and timelines.
• Serve as SME on mobile checkout and app-based implementations; advise partners.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.
• Build scalable playbooks and standards to reduce variability across engagements.
