Job summary

Early Warning is seeking an experienced Implementation Delivery leader to drive client implementations across Product, Engineering, Design and Operations. You will lead an implementation team, enforce standards, and ensure high-quality delivery from planning through launch.

As a SME on mobile checkout and app-based integrations, you will mentor teammates, advise partners, and help scale best practices with cross-functional alignment to accelerate adoption of our ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in integrations, product implementation, or related roles.
• Strong experience with web browser and mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android) and in-app user flows.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, or cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of digital checkout, payments, or e-commerce experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving user experience and performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation delivery across cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as escalation SME for complex or high-priority implementations.
• Guide cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.
• Develop and refine scalable playbooks and standards.
• Identify and address friction points in integrations and onboarding.
• Train and mentor team members on implementations, procedures, and controls
