Job summary

Intuit is seeking an M2, Implementation Consultant Senior Leader to guide a high-performance team delivering multi-entity IES deployments, ensuring successful configuration and go-lives for mid-market customers.

You will shape deployment methodologies, mentor leaders, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to drive post-implementation adoption and strong client relationships across dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical implementation leadership or professional services management for mid-market B2B financial software or ERP/SaaS.
• Deep functional expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and data migration.
• Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams amid changes in a deployment-centric environment.
• Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Active Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent, CPA) or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in strategic deployment planning and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants to align with goals and best practices for IES deployment and client satisfaction.
• Drive go-lives by developing scalable deployment strategies and optimizing configuration and data migration lifecycles.
• Design and manage frameworks to track performance, focusing on Productivity, Delivery Excellence, and Strategic Impact.
• Prepare the team to adapt to evolving deployment requirements from product evolution and company strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to ensure smooth handover from contract-close to go-live.
• Advocate for client needs, providing data-driven insights to influence future IES enhancements.
• Oversee deployment risks and escalations to preserve timelines and client confidence.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and sharing of accounting principles and IES knowledge.
