Job summary

Intuit is seeking an Implementation Consultant Senior Leader for Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) to guide a team of consultants in complex mid-market deployments. You will optimize configuration, data migration, and go-live readiness while aligning with Sales, Product, and Support for seamless transitions.

You will lead with a focus on Time-to-Value, feature adoption, and high CSAT, driving strategic deployment methodologies and disciplined PMO practices across multi-entity environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical implementation leadership or professional services management.
• Deep functional expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and data migration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants to optimize Time-to-Value and client satisfaction.
• Drive go-lives with scalable deployment strategies and data-migration lifecycle improvements.
• Design and manage operational frameworks to track performance, productivity, and delivery excellence.
• Prepare the team for evolving deployment requirements driven by product changes and strategy.
• Act as a strategic partner among Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to ensure smooth transitions from contract-close to go-live.
