Job summary

Intuit is seeking an Implementation Consultant Senior Leader for its Enterprise Suite (IES) to guide a team of consultants delivering multi‑entity configurations and data migrations. You will drive go‑live strategies and ensure high CSAT while aligning with product evolution and strategic deployment methodologies.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Professional Services, shaping deployment standards and ensuring post‑implementation success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical implementation leadership or professional services management in complex mid‑market B2B software.
• Deep functional expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and data migration.
• Proven ability to lead and scale high‑performing teams through product changes and deployments.
• Strong understanding of multi‑entity accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with strategic deployment planning and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants to align with deployment best practices and CSAT goals.
• Drive go‑lives by developing scalable deployment strategies and optimizing configuration and data migration lifecycles.
• Design, implement, and manage operational frameworks to track performance, with focus on productivity, delivery excellence, and strategic impact.
• Prepare the team to pivot to evolving deployment requirements driven by product evolution and company strategy.
• Act as a strategic partner between Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to ensure smooth handover from close to go‑live.
• Advocate for client needs, providing data‑driven insights to influence product and engineering improvements.
• Oversee deployment risks and escalations to preserve timelines and client confidence.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and shared IES product knowledge within the team.
