Job summary

Intuit is seeking an Implementation Consultant Senior Leader to guide a team of consultants delivering IES deployments for mid‑market customers. You will shape deployment methodologies, optimize configuration, and ensure rapid value realization with strong client satisfaction.

You will lead complex projects across multi‑entity accounting and data migration, working with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure seamless transitions from contract close to go‑live and beyond.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technical implementations or professional services management for mid-market ERP/SaaS.
• Deep functional expertise in enterprise software deployment, configuration, and data migration.
• Proven ability to scale high-performing teams through organizational changes.
• Strong accounting knowledge and multi-entity principles are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants to deliver accelerated Time‑to‑Value and high client satisfaction.
• Drive go-lives by optimizing deployment strategies, configuration, and data migration lifecycle.
• Design and manage frameworks to track productivity, delivery excellence, and strategic impact.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to ensure smooth handovers post-closure.
