Job summary

Intuit is seeking an Implementation Consultant Senior Leader for the Enterprise Suite (IES) to guide mid‑market deployments. You will lead a team of consultants, shape deployment methodologies, and own time‑to‑value and feature adoption across multi‑entity configurations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support, ensuring smooth handoffs, data migration excellence, and proactive risk management to maximize client success and retention throughout go‑live and post‑implementation

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical implementation leadership or professional services management.
• Experience with mid‑market B2B financial software or ERP/SaaS.
• Ability to lead and scale high‑performing teams through changes.
• Strong understanding of multi‑entity accounting and financial reporting.
• CPA/EA or equivalent advanced accounting certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants delivering accelerated Time‑to‑Value and high client satisfaction.
• Develop scalable deployment strategies for timely go‑lives, data migration, and quality metrics.
• Design and manage operational frameworks tracking Productivity, Delivery Excellence, and Strategic Impact.
• Prepare team to pivot with new deployment requirements from product evolution and strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support for seamless handoffs through go‑live.
• Advocate for client needs, providing data‑driven insights to influence product enhancements.
• Oversee deployment risks and escalations to preserve timelines and client confidence.
• Foster technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the Implementation organization.
