As an M2, Implementation Consultant Senior Leader at Intuit, you will guide Implementation Consultants who manage deployment execution and ensure accelerated Time‑to‑Value and feature adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex mid‑market ERP or SaaS deployments.
• Deep expertise in enterprise software implementation and data migration.
• Proven ability to scale high‑performing teams through organizational change.
• Strong multi‑entity accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Tax credentials (EA or CPA) preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Implementation Consultants for IES deployments.
• Drive go‑lives with scalable deployment strategies and data migration lifecycle.
• Design operational frameworks to track performance (Productivity, Delivery Excellence, Strategic Impact).
• Prepare teams for evolving deployment requirements due to product changes.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support for smooth handover post‑closure.
• Advocate for client needs with data‑driven insights to influence IES enhancements.
• Manage deployment risks and escalations to protect timelines and satisfaction.
• Foster technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.
