Job summary

Intuit is seeking an M2, Implementation Consultant Senior Leader to guide a team of Implementation Consultants in deploying Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) for mid‑market customers. You will shape deployment methodologies, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive successful go‑lives while focusing on feature adoption and long‑term client retention.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data‑driven decision making, and a culture of technical excellence within the Implementation

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical implementation leadership or professional services management for complex mid‑market ERP/SaaS solutions.
Experience with multi‑entity accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants to accelerate Time‑to‑Value and ensure client satisfaction.
Drive go‑lives by scalable deployment strategies, data migration, and quality metrics for mid‑market deployments.
Design and manage operational frameworks to track team performance and strategic impact.
Prepare the team to adapt to product evolution and new deployment requirements.
Act as a strategic partner between Sales, Product, and Support to ensure smooth handover and post‑implementation adoption.
Provide data‑driven insights to influence Product and Engineering for IES enhancements.
Oversee deployment risks and escalations to maintain timelines and client confidence.
