Intuit is seeking an Implementation Consultant Senior Leader to guide a team of consultants delivering IES deployments for mid‑market clients. You will shape deployment methodologies, oversee data migration, and drive accelerated Time‑to‑Value while ensuring high client satisfaction and ongoing feature adoption.

As a trusted partner between Sales, Product, and Professional Services, you will lead strategic initiatives, improve deployment quality, and scale operations in fast‑growing environments

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technical implementations or professional services in mid‑market ERP/SaaS.
• Deep experience with multi‑entity accounting, data migration, and complex deployments.
• Proven ability to scale teams and manage stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Services.
• Active tax credential (EA/CPA) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Implementation Consultants for IES deployments.
• Drive successful go‑lives with scalable deployment strategies and data migration.
• Design and manage frameworks to track productivity, delivery excellence, and impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure seamless handoffs post‑close.
