Tendo seeks a Senior Manager, Implementation Program Manager to own delivery for a portfolio of Tendo Insights customers—from contract to go-live and into steady-state value realization. You’ll lead cross-functional rollout with hospital executives, clinicians, IT, and finance stakeholders.

This senior, largely autonomous role requires building implementation plans, managing multiple engagements, and mentoring junior managers while partnering with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure credible

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, implementation, or professional services, ideally in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or a comparably complex B2B environment.
• Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with executive-level customer visibility.
• Demonstrated judgment in navigating organizational politics and relationship risk within a customer account.
• Strong executive communication and presence—comfortable presenting to a customer’s C-suite.
• Structured, rigorous planning skills: build realistic, dependency-aware timelines.
• Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent engagements.

• Own end-to-end implementation planning for new customers—build phased project plans, governance, and realistic timelines.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for accounts through implementation with executive sponsors.
• Identify and manage delivery risk, including organizational and interpersonal risk.
• Run structured stakeholder communication and escalation cadences.
• Convert high-level commitments into specific implementation plans and provide executive updates.
• Partner across Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Mentor junior program/project managers on the team.
