Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager in New York to own client implementations end to end, from kickoff to launch and handoff. You’ll configure SFTP access, validate data, and partner with Engineering to automate manual parts of implementations.

This hands-on role focuses on healthcare clients and fast-paced project delivery in a collaborative Client Success team. You will manage physician group and health system rollouts, lead kickoff sessions, and coordinate with Product,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of implementation or project management experience with client ownership.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Hands-on SFTP, configuration, and data/file validation experience.
• Ability to independently manage multiple implementations and lead client calls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination in healthcare contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations including project plans and launch readiness.
• Configure SFTP access, client settings, and initial file validation; work with Engineering.
• Manage diverse client workflows across physician groups and health systems.
• Lead client communications, kickoffs, and status updates.
• Set time-to-value timelines and manage risks.
• Prepare clients for launch and handoff with training and documentation.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success.
• Identify improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
