Inspiren is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead multiple product implementations nationwide with a focus on strategic accounts. You will drive hardware and software delivery, hit milestones, train users, and transition sites to a clinical success manager.

You’ll manage projects from scope to post-implementation support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel as needed to client facilities. Strong PM and healthcare tech experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in implementations, project management, or professional services.
• Proven experience in implementing hardware and software solutions in health-tech or high-tech.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Know-how of lean tools/methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% on short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement project plans to ensure sites are completed on-time and on-cost with high customer satisfaction.
• Own the entire project lifecycle from sales handoff through post-implementation support.
• Manage operational relationships with key customer stakeholders as the primary contact for implementations.
• Partner with Go-to-Market to tailor solutions to customer needs and collaborate with other functions.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements using lean tools.
