Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking a Functional Implementation Consultant to carry the client relationship forward after a sale and enable the initial interactions between clients and our HR solutions. You will design and build complex solutions for enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies, leveraging your HR and software implementation expertise.

To thrive, you will onboard clients, analyze current systems and processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in software implementations, specifically workforce management.
Gather and identify customer business requirements; create BRDs, use cases, and process diagrams.
Familiarity with labor laws related to time and attendance, scheduling, and leaves.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
Ability to travel up to 25% and potential for international travel.
You can work hybrid in Maitland, FL or Livonia, MI.

Responsibilities

Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product implementation.
Implement WorkForce Software technologies; analyze systems, interfaces, and processes; recommend and apply new processes.
Partner internally with sales and support, exchanging priorities, timelines, and issues with the client project team.
Multi-task on time-sensitive projects and share essential information with clients and ADP teams.
