Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist to drive complex deployments and client engagements across our analytics platform. You will guide product and technical integration, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with product and engineering to optimize workflows and outcomes.

Hybrid work in the US with travel as needed. Candidates should bring 6+ years of experience with FactSet analytics and a strong background in performance workflows and complex screening codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Finance, CS, IS, Eng, or related field.
6+ years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
Strong knowledge of performance workflows and complex screening codes.

Responsibilities

Provide product guidance on processes based on client needs.
Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles.
Create workflow specifications and report specs for integration.
Identify growth opportunities during implementation.
Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to enhance products.
Provide user training and support training programs.
Transition client from implementation to support.
