Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert, leading deployment projects and providing guidance on workflows. You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with Product Development and Engineering, and drive client success across analytics tools such as PA, SPAR, and Analytics APIs.

The role involves travel, a hybrid work arrangement, and direct engagement with sophisticated financial clients to optimize deployments and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of performance workflows.
• Proven technical proficiency with complex screening codes.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide product (functional and technical) guidance for process solutioning based on client needs.
• Communicate with sophisticated users understanding investment principles and their industry applications.
• Create workflow and report specifications; guide technical integration staff on client requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing client structures during implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet products.
• Provide user training and support development of training programs.
• Produce client-facing communications to facilitate transition from implementation to support.
• Implement new deployments and enhance existing ones to improve user experience and enable sales opportunities.
