Job summary

Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr Implementation Specialist to lead complex software configurations, testing, and onboarding for Alkami Digital Banking implementations across diverse client environments.

You will independently manage engagements, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and guide customers through testing, cutover readiness, and launch activities to ensure successful outcomes and positive experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software implementations in SaaS/fintech environments.
• Ability to manage complex implementation projects and competing priorities.
• Strong problem solving, root cause analysis, and testing coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation activities by configuring Alkami products for onboarding, testing, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate configuration tasks, milestones, and stakeholder alignment across customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Guide customers through UAT and operational readiness activities with testing sessions and troubleshooting.
• Perform advanced functional and integration testing and document results.
• Troubleshoot configuration, usability, and implementation issues with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with customers and third-party vendors to align dependencies with timelines.
• Provide regular project updates to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain implementation documentation and tracking materials throughout the lifecycle.
• Support billing coordination by documenting add-on work and charges.
