Job summary

Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Implementation, to lead complex client onboarding and delivery initiatives for Alkami Digital Banking solutions.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across Product Development, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction. The role requires 3–6 years of hands‑on project management in SaaS/fintech environments, with strong communication skills and a customer‑centric

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience leading implementation projects, customer onboarding initiatives, or client‑facing delivery programs in SaaS/fintech/banking tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
• Strong scheduling, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing project risks, escalations, and dependencies.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, Slack, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects with schedules, cross‑functional coordination, and on‑time delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Act as primary implementation lead for assigned customers, managing communication and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate activities across Product Development, Customer Success, Technical Consulting, Engineering, Customer Support, and vendor teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and support successful outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across varying products and customer segments.
• Facilitate customer‑facing implementation meetings and document action items.
• Maintain Jira tickets, backlogs, and customer‑reported issues, prioritizing resolutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Track sprint progress, release schedules, and product dependencies; communicate updates to customers.
• Prepare status reports, implementation plans, risk assessments, and customer communications.
