Job summary

Alkami is a remote-first employer delivering a digital banking platform for U.S. banks and credit unions. The Technical Implementation Engineer II supports configuration, integration, and delivery for client onboarding and enhancements.

This role collaborates with project managers, product teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementations and successful client outcomes, with opportunities to optimize processes and support knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring software platforms or supporting technical implementation projects.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and technical issue resolution practices.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Ability to analyze implementation requirements and apply configuration solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure Alkami Digital Banking products and third-party integrations by applying implementation requirements and client-specific customization needs.
• Support implementation delivery by coordinating timelines and ensuring deliverables meet project quality standards.
• Troubleshoot implementation and configuration issues by analyzing system behaviors and logs.
• Install, configure, and customize platform functionality per standard methodologies.
• Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders, communicating progress and risks.
