Systems & Software, a division of Harris, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will deliver enQuesta CIS solutions, analyze business requirements, configure workflows, and train users in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, a customer-service mindset, and experience with CIS billing systems and data conversion. This remote role supports US/Canada travel with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years CIS/Utility/S&S enQuesta experience a plus.
• Experience with CIS billing systems and data conversion workflows.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze requirements and drive solution delivery.
• Familiarity with UNIX/SSH and FTP commands.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements; interpret within project scope.
• Configure software using workflows and business rules for client processes.
• Collaborate with data conversion specialists for legacy data transition.
• Train end users remotely and in classroom settings.
• Suggest enhancements to Product Development based on client needs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, QA, and Support teams.
• Provide CIS SME services for new implementations, upgrades, and quotes.
• Participate in discovery sessions and document current/future-state processes.
• Assist with data mapping and validation during conversions.
• Draft and execute software testing based on best practices and client requirements.
• Create training materials and train users.
• Act as customer advocate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Support customers during testing and production rollout.
