Job summary

TechSee is seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Engineer to lead deployment, integration, and workflow architecture for global enterprise clients.

You will bridge business requirements with complex technical solutions, map workflows, build API integrations, and deploy AI-driven automation across presale, pilot, and production stages. This role reports to the Director of Delivery and Implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of enterprise SaaS implementation or solutions engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and enterprise CRM integrations.
• Strong technical communication skills for engineers and executives.
• Knowledge of authentication and deployment protocols (SSO, SFTP, IVR).
• Self-motivated and autonomous in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and translate complex customer logic into optimized digital workflows.
• Build and maintain REST API integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.
• Leverage AI agentic platforms to enable scalable customer journeys.
• Lead technical discussions and architecture sessions with stakeholders.
• Configure sandboxes and production environments and deploy Cloud Connect plugins.
• Drive projects forward with minimal supervision and ownership of milestones.
