Job summary

Built Technologies is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead complex enterprise lending software implementations from discovery through go-live. You will work closely with lenders, owners, developers, and contractors to translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive process improvements across multiple projects while leveraging AI tools to accelerate planning and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.
• Strong ability to deliver complex, concurrent client implementations on time and to a high standard.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with lending operations or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for enterprise lending clients with autonomy and accountability for outcomes.
• Conduct discovery and planning sessions translating goals into implementation roadmaps.
• Manage escalations and navigate client dynamics to resolve high-impact issues.
• Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities across implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Track implementation metrics and share insights with leadership.
• Mentor junior managers and raise delivery standards across the function.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate planning, communication, and risk identification.
