You will collaborate with operations, IT, product, and executives to map workflows, manage timelines, and ensure measurable business outcomes. This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on delivery, value realization, and long-term account health.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in technical/enterprise implementation and program management.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or workflow automation.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable plans.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, data workflows, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Convert commitments into structured implementation plans.
• Lead multiple enterprise deployments concurrently.
• Coordinate technical delivery across internal and customer teams.
• Track go-live, adoption, risk, and value milestones.
• Capture ROI, value realization, and customer evidence.
• Build scalable implementation playbooks.
• Provide executive-ready progress updates.
• Handoff to commercial teams and identify expansion signals.
