Job summary

PackageX is seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation and Customer Success lead to drive complex deployments for our Logistics Execution Platform. You will own end-to-end onboarding, go-live execution, and ROI evidence across multiple enterprise customers.

You will translate signed commitments into actionable implementation plans, monitor adoption and risk, and partner with customers to realize long-term value while collaborating with product and services teams.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in technical implementation or customer success.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, logistics, and integrations.
