Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant in San Francisco to lead complex, multi-phase software deployments for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with product, sales, and account teams to align on business requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high user satisfaction.

You will design and deliver formal training, provide ongoing knowledge transfer, and drive adoption strategies that deliver measurable value for customers and the company.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise customers in software implementations, onboarding, or operations.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-phase enterprise software implementations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead customer interactions to maximize product value and adoption.
• Deliver formal training to client teams and end users.
